Payment
- ✦ Payment upfront via PayPal.
- ✦ I start working only after full payment.
- ✦ I will send a sketch for approval.
- ✦ Refunds are only possible BEFORE sketch approval. Once you approve the sketch, no refunds are given.
- ✦ If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Process and revisions
- ✦ I will always send a sketch for approval when I start your commission, If I haven’t sent any sketch it means I haven’t start it yet.
- ✦ Minor adjustments (pose tweaks, missing details) are allowed during the sketch phase.
- ✦ Once the sketch is approved, only small edits (e.g., color adjustments, small details) are free. Major changes may require an extra fee.
- ✦ You are allowed to use any WIP as pfp, banner, wallpaper or post it on socials before commision is done…
- ✦ …also you can tell me if you dont want me to post WIPs on socials (bcuz its a gift/you like to be suprised with finished piece/any other reason)
- ✦ Your picture will have at least 2048px in one of the sides // 1024x1024px if you are getting icon/headshot. If you plan to use it also as phone/PC wallpaper tell me so I can add a little more space so it will fit better.
- ✦ You must provide a visual reference of your character and pose, or a little description for the last one if you can’t find a picture.
- ✦ Providing character color palette or hex codes help, otherwise I will sample it from provided visual reference (if there is one).
- ✦ My own mistakes will be fixed if I’ve made an error in markings or any other detail.
Turnaround time after sketch approval is around 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity and my free time, if there will be any delays I will inform you. I will keep you updated on progress, but please be patient.
Image usage
- ✔ You must credit me when using the image in public.
- ✔ I will provide you 2 versions of artwork, one without my signature/link so you can set it as your pfp/icon and another one with my signature/link for posting on socials and in galleries.
- ✖ You may not remove my signature/link or claim the artwork as your own.
- ✖ You may not sell the image I produced even if the character(s) belong to you.
- ✖ You are not allowed to use the artwork for commercial purposes (prints, merch, advertising) unless you purchase commercial rights.
I keep all artwork files in my archive, so if you ever want changes in the future to the finished artwork, I’m open for negotiation.
Privacy
- ✦ If you want your commission to remain private (not posted publicly), a +30% private fee applies.
- ✦ Otherwise, I may share the final piece in my portfolio and/or social media.
Communication
- ✦ Preffered communication is Discord/Telegram. Email or social platforms (Twitter/Bluesky) as backup.
- ✦ If you disappear for 2 weeks without responding to approval requests, I will cancel the commission.
